Hillsborough Explorers provided the food again this year at the 150th (Wadsley Church) Scout Group Bonfire. The outside BBQ went down really well in spite of the rain. The event also featured a giant outdoor screening of selected photos from this year’s scouting activities, as well as the usual bonfire and fire work display. Thanks to everyone who came and helped make it a really special night.

From our base camp at Spean Bridge, near Fort William, the two expedition groups walked a 3-day section of the the West Highland Way, wild camping along the route. Plans are already in place for next year’s summer camp which will be at Walesby Forest in Nottinghamshire.
